Customer Success Manager

Loop54 is a machine learning software-as-a-service (SaaS) search and navigation engine for e-commerce, used by hundreds of websites today and we are rapidly becoming a game-changer in the business of e-commerce. This equals a lot of fun, but also a lot of things to keep track of at once. To keep up, we want to extend our Customer Success team of 5 with one additional Customer Success Manager. 

We think the only way for us to become successful is by making our customers successful through using our service. This philosophy is one of the things our customers love the most about us. 

Do you want to help us provide the best customer care out there?

The responsibilities of a Customer Success Manager at Loop54 includes: 

- Continuing in the tradition of excellent support and advice
- Always maintaining close relationships with all customers
- Working to improve the shopping experience on our customer's websites
- Helping the customer execute strong A/B tests
- Leading new customers through implementation and onboarding

 

Of course, you will also assist the rest of your team in maintaining the relationship with our customers by monitoring KPIs such as churn, renewal, referral, NPS score, offboarding, and more.


Requirements

You are...

  • someone with a passion for customers
  • unafraid to get your hands dirty to solve problems for customers
  • skilled and experienced in Google Analytics and can bring value in that area to the whole team 
  • able to understand and explain complicated things
  • self driven and organized
  • can work independently as well as in a team  
  • fluent in Swedish and English

Beneficial traits

In addition to the qualifications, we also value if you...

  • previously worked in a B2B customer facing role, ideally within e-commerce or SaaS
  • have a background in leading technical integration projects
  • are use to lead projects where all or part of the delivery included data analysis
